The folks at Living Room are the best. I went with Annie & company to buy my house back in 2010, and again when I sold it in 2018. They are intimately familiar with Chicago and it's neighborhoods, and will also hip you to some things about a potential neighborhood that you probably don't know. They were able to guide me through the home buying and selling process in a way that I could understand, were always communicative, and often provided advice that I would not have pursued on my own.
